But we like the Asian food options that are down Rockville Pike (doesn't seem like there are a lot of options in fredco?), and it seems like there might be more "going on" / kid friendly things to do in MoCo? E.g., mygym, parks, closer to zoo/museums in DC.

House wise, we think 2500-3000 sq ft is a good size, 3-4 bedrooms so we are ok with a townhome. Pricing in both communities is not an issue, although it would be nice if we buy in an area that will still be desirable when we sell 10+ years from now. [/quote]
