I would start with a digital antenna— you should be able to get the major networks for under $40 This one is well reviewed and on sale today for $25 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074TWSQFM/?tag=thewire06-20&linkCode=xm2&ascsubtag=F0401J0MAV52VMP7ZPY4MKGXAAJY3 Otherwise you could ger a 7 day trial to fubo or something
You can probably find some YouTube videos to help you. I got a cheaper digital antenna that works well. Attach it where you would attach a cable TV cord. You probably want to locate the flat square near a window not a concrete wall. You go to the TV menu and go to settings and choose something like program channels, and it will scan through to pick up channels. It might take 12-20 minutes first time, so do it well before the game. On my TV remote, when I click on "input" it gives me TV/HDMI1/HDMI2/VCR etc, and "TV" is the free over the air channels including NBC/ABC/CBS/Fox5/PBS.
