I do think you are onto something with this. This simply is not a house that people buying in that development are going to want, and those looking in this neighborhood could afford to knock it down and build. Having driven buy it though, I think I know why that hasn't happened -- it just isn't the perfect lot for that; it's kind of a weird lot and on the periphery of the development. [/quote]
