Concur with other posters that you'll have to request it. We found my DD's mirrored exactly what her teacher discussed with us at our fall conference, despite our clarifying several of the teacher's misconceptions from that assessment. I believe the HOPE gets signed off at the local school level, but with so many kids I highly doubt anyone but the 2nd grade teacher really had input. Of note, below is what a 2020 report found about HOPE (formerly called GBRS) scores. I would guess this is why the changed the name, but I don't see what else is meaningfully different. "Reconsideration of use of the GBRS. There is currently very little, if any, evidence that the GBRS is a valid and reliable assessment tool for identifying advanced learners. It is currently a major factor in AAP service eligibility, despite very limited psychometric foundations." https://go.boarddocs.com/vsba/fairfax/Board.nsf/files/BPLQKV69B096/$file/FCPS%20final%20report%2005.05.20.pdf
The GBRS was very different. It included commentary and matched more closely with standard answers you'd get if you google "signs of giftedness." You can still look at it: https://www.fcps.edu/sites/default/files/media/forms/AAPGiftedBehaviorRatingScale_0.pdf
