I looked at Redfin for lots and houses that were recently torn down. Most 2 acre lots in Oakton are selling in the the 600k. I was saying that you might be able to get 700-800k since it is part of an equestrian community. It is definitely a tear down, and no one will pay even a million dollars for that house. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you will be able to sell this property. [/quote]
