I’ve ran the chip number in the lost cat databases and no result so they didn’t report it at least on those. What should I do? I don’t want to judge but the owner doesn’t seem to be looking for this cat and it likely would have died in the cold . I’m afraid to go to my vet as they will likely notify the owner.
