No education, no credentialing. Just didn't want to make minimum wage. If we tell high schoolers and young women with zero ambition that they can be a "nanny" just by waking up one day and deciding it... and command $25/hr with ZERO experience... that's dumb. And unnecessary. An entry level nanny should make $18/hr and consider those first few years an apprenticeship.[/quote]
