The way they keep the basic economy price low is by separating all those costs out. The seats with more room really are nicer but unless you are very tall or have a specific need I wouldn't bother.

Regarding a short layover in Copenhagen, I believe they can execute it because they have a pretty efficient system at that airport. But I'd also look at how many flights they have to London every day just in case you get bumped due to a late arrival. If they have a decent number of flights and you'd be okay arriving later than expected, I wouldn't sweat it.

I was nervous flying them the first time because you never know with budget airlines. But if you want to fly nonstop to Scandinavia they are one of the few options anyway. Now I recommend them.

Oh and if you wind up with a longer layover in Copenhagen, I recommend paying for access to the SAS lounge. It's inexpensive but they have showers which is nice. We have used it a few times when arriving on a red eye so that we can shower and rest at the airport in the morning since we won't be able to check into our hotel for several hours.[/quote]
