If you don't want your home viewable from public space, you can put up a fence or wall or high shrubs along the street to block the view, along with a gate. That's why you often see those things in expensive neighborhoods in say Los Angeles. They do not have permission to use your likeness of you personally without your consent if you are not a public figure, which is why when you see news reports where a single person might be identifiable, they often just show the person from the chest down. It's also why if you go into an event that is being filmed , they have to post a disclaimer at the door.[/quote]
