Others said they got more like 2in. totals were low so district could have cleaned it off in time not to have to delay activities or cancel them. Seems it stopped snowing before 5am in most parts of the area. But message announcement was made yesterday so maybe school district was unsure how conditions would be this AM. Btw, at a couple of schools, snow cleanup was inadequate Fri - icy patches leading into school's vehicle entrances. Not sure if county was responsible or that portion was school's responsibility.[/quote]
