Thanks - I used to have that monster Cuisinart food processor as well as a Vitamix so I know what it's all about. I'm not looking for a blender to take over a food processor's duties because that won't work. Rather I'm looking for an appliance that has interchangeable modules for each. I've seen a model or two, just haven't used one and was hoping someone could. On a side note, is your immersion blender able to handle frozen fruit for smoothies?[/quote]
