RT flights from DC in spring are about 1k each. You can stay at a nice riad in Marrakesh for about 300 a night. Everything is cheap—food, multiday trips to the mountains or to Fes, entry to gardens, guides. It’s really affordable. It’s probably my favorite trip we’ve taken. I don’t know why I’m assuming we’re talking about spring— I guess because it’s what other people are asking about. I should say I would not go in the summer—the heat would be miserable.[/quote]
