Well then, who encouraged your child to take AP and/or honors courses in the first place?

I find that at OUR end, it's the parents pressuring teachers.  I'm at home, and I made sure my child completed her work that was due today.  A test is scheduled on Tuesday, too, but if we return Wed, I would expect her to be prepared for the test.

Actually when I went to college, deadlines were moved for things like storms that shut down the school.

Even judges entertain moving court deadlines when weather and other unexpected conditions occur.
