I’ve got 3 young boys, I need all the energy I can get. OP, I’m not in the same situation but I do think yours is not an uncommon situation to be in. It sounds like you could really do with some more personal time to decompress. Whether it’s working out, laying in bed with a book, etc you need to demand the time to take care of yourself so you don’t have to take shortcuts to regulate.
