Has this happened to anybody else? They’re telling me that my cards and gift cards are not being charged but somebody else’s orders are simply showing up in my order history, they’re explaining it as a very benign error.

Because I use Amazon and Whole Foods so much in my personal life but also my work life and I have five different cards attached to my account, two for personal three for work, it’s very difficult for me to peace out what charges have actually gone onto my card, what charges have used my gift card balance, or potentially that none of my cards have been compromised.

When I call Whole Foods, they will not tell me the payment method used on the orders that weren’t mine.

Has anybody else dealt with this? If so, can you talk me through how you got it resolved? Whole Foods has really gone down in customer service as has Amazon and I’m finding this incredibly frustrating.[/quote]
