+1, I can't answer a question asking me to decide between two men whose only qualities are "tall and skinny" or "shorter than me but not skinny." My response would be "neither" because I don't know enough about either of these men to know whether they are worth spending my time on.

If you want me to assume they are both equally great guys with the same personality and that aside from the height/weight issue I am attracted to them, the answer is "whoever I met first." Great men with terrific personalities with whom I have a spark of attraction are rare enough that I would jump at the opportunity to date one regardless of his height or whether he was skinny or not.

My DH is a few inches taller than me (I'm 5'6" and he is 5'10") and he's not fat but I would not describe him as skinny either.[/quote]
