I used noom to lose 77 pounds during covid.  Gained over 50 back when I went back into the office.  Tried again on noom and the weight wasn't budging. Got so desperate I signed up for their NOOM MED which does prescribe zepbound.  That's what I'm on.  Insurance covers it for me. I added a registered dietitian through Nourish online, a month ago, because I had hit a plateau.  They don't prescribe anything, but it's been a fantastic complement to Noom Med, and I started losing weight again.
