Hashimoto’s is auto immune related so I find my numbers get off if I have been sick or encountering issues with my other autoimmune condition/inflammation, etc.
This. Even my TPOs go haywire. My doctor noticed this during each failed pregnancy. Have you been sick or experiencing any other issues, OP? But, fwiw, if my TSH were at 3 I’d also feel terrible! My levels have to be at the low end of normal for me to not feel horrid. My TSH is .4 and now that I’m in menopause I actually require a lower dose of levo to keep it there. I’m down to 112mcg. I used to need 137mcg levothyroxine with 5-10mcg liothyronine to keep TSH hovering just above 1.
