He even showed me some of the missing work in the class he failed but said the teacher was not putting the grades in yet. Turns out he never turned it in when he said/thought he did. He is my youngest of 3 and the olders never had this issue or anything close to it. This last one is just...very laid back. I want to kick myself for not emailing the teacher that last week to double check things, but I mean he is a sophomore in high school! I thought about it but did not do it. This will hurt his UW GPA the most as he can take an additional social studies to cancel out this semester for the W GPA, but it is such an enforced error.

Needless to say I will be on him like a hawk with any hint of late/missing work this semester. He should be able to get all A+s if he just turns the stupid work in! Can anyone relate?[/quote]
