AAC hosted an Open last year down in Prince William Co (AAC is located in Arlington), so no where near their practice pools. One of the great things about PVS is that they hold Opens, which means every club has a meet each month if they are not hosting their own or are not invited to an invitational. They are also less money to attend than an invitational. Most Local Swimming Committees (LSCs) do not do this, which is why you have USA Swimming trying out things like Block Parties to get kids opportunities to swim in meets. We are very fortunate to have Opens, which means clubs need to host and more importantly all the posters on here need to volunteer for the meets that their kids are swimming in.[/quote]
