[/quote] I think my brain goes off track into a different territory. It would be easier never eating in a way because if I go to the fridge, I want to go a second time, a third time. Sometimes I am hungry, others it is anxiety and stress. It's like I have self control 70% of the time, and the 30% of the time completely trips me up.[/quote]
