Take girls' ECNL here -- if there was a girl that was at that level -- say a GA girl then that girl would probably do anywhere 1-6 practices with our team over the winter. Offer would get made. Say we were Union. That girl is also doing the same at Arlington and maybe VDA or NVA. Offers will get made in the spring. You cannot sit on the offers or one of the other teams will grab them. I have seen an offer made at the first practice a girl attended. Some take longer. [/quote]
