It just seems that everyone involved in the Blueprint bit off way more than they could chew. Which was precisely what Gov. Hogan said when he vetoed the bill. But the Democrats in the Assembly who override his veto ignored his warnings. Now after making a bunch of promises to teachers, parents and educators, we have to walk all of it back despite those promises being codified in legislation. [/quote]
