With the first it was back labor and baby ended up being breech presentation but wasn’t caught until last minute. That’s why I had an emergency c section. Second birth was pretty fast. With my prior c section it was 9 years ago and I really needed the pain meds. Now they don’t give them as much.. I had to go to the ER to get more pain meds a week or two after the C-section. It’s sad we have to think like this! I feel like when men needs pain meds it’s no big deal but god forbid a women need some after having a baby. My husband had his appendix removed and saved them for me just in case I need them postpartum.
