We have been telling them it’s unsafe but they don’t care. Some parents also don’t get it. It’s seems like it’s only 8-14 kids but the cap is supposed to be 6-8. It is supposed to be a 1:2 ratio and yet sometimes it’s 1:4 or more. Their children are often getting babysitting not a high quality education and sometimes not even babysitting (as this situation shows).[/quote]
