Truthfully they don’t consider the WISC much. My child was in the 99th percentile and it didn’t help him get into AAP. He got in a few years later. His overall score was 135 I think. [/quote]

That was 1 individual experience. Make the best case for why your child isn’t getting what they need in the regular classroom and why they need AAP. use the WISC to help support your argument but don’t make it THE argument. A WISC certainly helped our appeal but it was supported by all the other info in the packet. [/quote]
