Yeah, I've had it about 10 months now. I would not pay a dime for it, but I don't regret following it for free. I weigh myself everyday but I could do that without Omada. I tracked my food for about a month and then thought...what's the point. The coach didn't comment or, it's not there is a tool to analyze what you ate and show you the total calories or anything, so I was like...this is pointless after a while. Like another poster, it did provide some awareness to how much I was eating. The weekly "lessons" are very basic...like what is protein? Why do we need protein? Carbs? Last week was how a massage can help. Next week is about acupuncture. The coach is nice. We chat like twice a week. He asks "open ended" questions to get you thinking about health but nothing unique. He'll post discussions to the group and might get one response. Like...what can you do to get more steps in the day? People will post...park farther away in parking lots. Take the stairs. But he doesn't offer anything unique. And over the course of those 10-months, I think I lost 3 pounds as of this morning BUT my weigh normally fluctuates a few pounds each week so basically, it hasn't done anything for my weight and the coach has never commented. He'll ask me how it's going. I'll say...I haven't lost any weight. I'm eating to much. and he'll ask...why do you think that is? And it gets nowhere.
