If you are used to never feeling hunger AND getting full really quickly, going off of it you can (not guaranteed) get a mass amt of cravings, eat like "normal" (keeping in mind your normal for the last X months has been miniscule), and not feeling full as quickly. It can definitely come back quickly. If you stick to the same general portion sizes, foods, and exercise you can maintain, it's just harder to do it using your will power. [/quote]
