I wish laws regarding electioneering were more enforced. I saw at least half a dozen people wearing some sort of Kamala Harris attire (mostly t-shirts and buttons on jackets) inside my local polling place when I voted. These items are clear violations of electioneering laws, yet nothing was said to any of them.
I'm an election worker. Voters are allowed to wear what they like. We (election workers) cannot wear clothing with political statements. At every polling place, there are workers from more than one party (can be dem + unaffiliated as in MoCo there just aren't that many Republican election workers), so I assume there are people looking out for that. As for setting up tables outside the polling place, that is allowed outside the "No Electioneering Zone" clearly marked near the entrance to the polling place. As election workers, we go out there every so often to check it's being followed.
