Better diet. Better hygiene routine. Better exercise. Cleaner all cotton sheets.
So what do we do if we have done all those things since pre-pregnancy and he still has zits?
IF that is true, and not just cope, then perhaps see an endocrinologist, as something is amiss with the hormones.
You’re way behind the times. Puberty onset at 9 is now considered normal and 10 year olds get acne. OP, my 10 y o is getting some acne on his nose, mostly whiteheads. He’s washing with Cerave, we switched to Elta sunscreen (he used to just use blue lizard everywhere), and I help him use the below a few times a week. That’s keeping things pretty well under control but we have a derm appointment coming up just to talk about options. The patches work on him but he hates wearing them so I don’t push it. https://theordinary.com/en-us/aha-30-bha-2-peeling-solution-exfoliator-100400.html?dwvar_100400_size=30ml&quantity=1&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADhEcnlCtOH6jGXarH10diwLzk2e3&gclsrc=ds
