I walked into a Popeye's last week and was totally ignored and when I said to one of the staff "Can I order" she turned to me and said "Well, what do you want?" It was so rude, I just left. Hate to be a Karen, but I was not in the mood. [/quote] Yes, the customer service in Popeyes is the polar opposite of Chick Fil A. The employees try not to make eye contact with you or utter a single unnecessary word. There’s always tons of already prepared chicken sitting around under heat lamps while the employees try to look busy filling orders while moving slower than molasses. You’d think they’re paid by the amount of time it takes them to pack up an order.[/quote]
