I live in the neighborhood and I think this is too precious. That parking lot barely has any traffic at all. You can easily walk to the library, trader Joe strip mall and WF across the street with its many eateries. High school is across the street . By suburban standards, this is not bad at all. You can also use the back roads to get to rt 7 from pimmit hills, which is quite easy.[/quote]
