To be blunt, if these are “targets” for undergrad not likelies then your kid must not be a true ivy-level high schooler(ie has SAT over 1500 and has taken difficult APs and gotten 4s and 5s.). Sure one can get in to ivies with less but the vast majority there have those numbers, and hence the vast majority ace the LSATs. Look at the ivy law school LSAT 25-75th %ile ranges. It is much harder to be in the top 5% of LSAT scores than it is to be in the top 1% of SAT. A kid from a state school like UF has to have both GPA and LSAT off the chart to have a shot at an ivy law. OP did not provide stats. Tufts is a reach for all applicants, with a 9.5% acceptance rate. UF would be a low reach, maybe high target, for a high stats applicant - 23% acceptance rate.[/quote]
