List three or four specific behaviors your boss demonstrated that were unprofessional or inappropriate. Under each, provide at least one example. Stick to observable facts. Also, you're laying groundwork that will help your colleagues. Either your boss will clean up his act (voluntarily or under pressure from above), or others will complain about him later.
