No not worth $45.  Probably worth $25-30.  The food is a definite step up from other lounges, the coffee is good, and the grab and go options are IMO the best thing about it- perfect to grab a sandwich, salad, snack, drink for a long flight.  Higher quality than what you can get on board or at the shops in the terminal.

But not worth it unless you get free access with the VentureX, I think.[/quote]
