[/quote] Based on the sheer number of rumors about various programs over the years, I'd guess the issue is sheer numbers. Adding up Freedom transfers, private school transfers, and kids who weren't even in 9th grade yet (isn't that against FCPS policy though legal for VHSL?) they found [b]33[/b] kids. I think they felt they had to deal with an issue that large and overt. The onesie-twosie rumors over the years are much easier to overlook.[/quote]
