Only about 7 of those teams are over the limit, for a total of 18 spots.  There are over 125 teams in Div 1, so every year about 1150-1200 girls are committed.  18 represents about 1.5% of that number.  This is an example, OP, of the kind of turrible advice you'll receive when asking a DCUM chat board.  Please seek your advice somewhere else.[/quote]

If a club is struggling with recruiting, any new roster caps aren't the reason.[/quote]
