If your teen wears lululemon (@$95-120 per pair of pants), she’s not wearing it because she randomly saw a generic black pair of pants through the window while walking through the mall and thought “oh! Those look like a uniquely comfortable pair of pants that I will love more than the $20 pair I could buy elsewhere! I think I’ll buy those because I like them!”
She bought them specifically because they are the “it” thing. AND that she tried them on before committing to buying them AND they happen to also be confortable surely helped seal the deal and made them “worth it” to you/her. But let’s not pretend your DD “randomly” stumbled upon the brand.  :roll:

Now I agree that if OP doesn’t like the brand, she shouldn’t buy it. But I don’t think she said she didn’t like the brand. She just doesn’t want to buy her daughter a style/brand of clothing that is “so last season”—-if that is, in fact, the case.[/quote]
