Having said that, the Verizon website (home and mobile) is one of the most barbaric things known to mankind. And I work in IT. The website makes things extremely difficult to change. If you call and speak with a human, ask to see if they can switch you to internet only. If not, threaten to leave. That usually gets it done. [/quote]
