Interesting that everyone is saying you won't lose weight. I just completed their 60 day challenge (30 classes in 60 days) and am down 10 pounds since end of August. I am 5'8 and weigh 165 so did have a few pounds to lose. I go 4-5x a week so not a huge commitment. Not only that but I am a lot stronger and enjoy waking up to go to Barre class. I've done Orangetheory and was always dragging myself to get to those classes.
Did you find it more challenging than Orangetheory?
They’re challenging in different ways, not even comparable. Barre requires you to hold very tight moves with perfect muscle control for long periods of time but you’re barely even twitching or raising your leg in these positions. Orangetheory will have you gutting it out in a rower for 12 minutes straight and then hopping to other circuits.
