Ridiculous. There are a gazillion variables that go into any kids choice of college. If a kid chooses school B because it's easier to get to from where she lives, that doesn't make it a better school than school A.[/quote]

hardly.  Chicago does massive yield and acceptance rate manipulation via waitlists and early decision.

A completely faulty metric.  Focus on student outcomes.  That's what matters.[/quote]
