Like no cooking experience whatsoever?[/quote] I would say you'll get something out of them (they gave hosting tips too, like that you take the turkey out of the oven, show it so people can ooh and ahh, but NEVER cut the turkey in front of guests - it's a difficult, slippery, hot, messy task that does not look pretty like it seems in movies and commercials), but maybe not as much as they intend for you to get? My DH is the cook of the house, and we both went - he got more out of it than I did, but I was glad I'd gone too. I've found their employees to be really helpful so you could call up and say "I've never cooked a turkey and can't make rice - will your class work for me?" [/quote]
