They are FAST.[/quote] Some of them are NCAPs fast swimmers, so they are at any number of local meets during the year. Others are with different clubs, generally in the northeast, that get invited to NCI. The open events last year also drew some older swimmers prepping for Olympic trials (Kieran Smith was there).
