Everlane is like 80% of my work wardrobe now that we’re business/smart casual.
I came here to say Everlane. You can mix it in with a few tops and accessories that have more personality. This year I bought several of their ribbed tees and the "dream knit" midi skirt plus a couple chunkier knits. It's all immediately in heavy rotation. I also like their denim which looks more restrained and professional than Madewell but at a similar price point. Though I do like Madewell for tees and they have a wide leg pant that so perfectly drapey while also being perfectly fitted at the waist. I also have a few Banana Republic pieces thought their quality is not as good as Everlane. I then have fun with purses and outerwear and jewelry so that my clothes aren't so boring!
