This was initially reported as a teacher but later confirmed to be a "staff member." Which makes me wonder if this was a special student and if the staff member was a paraeducator?

Northwest has an SESES program (emotional disabilities) so that would be a reasonable guess.

I can also 100% guarantee this wasn't the only MCPS staff member hit by something, bitten, kicked, whatever, etc. today. Not sure why this one made the news. [/quote]
