I love it. So soft, light, warm, looks good. I have a few very old cashmere sweaters from the Bloomingdale's store brand that have worn amazingly well, and are just now getting thinness or holes in the elbows. All the other ones I have tried in the last couple of years have been crap. Banana Republic, Land's End. They pill and look terrible after one season. Don't get me started about the crap merino wool sweaters I and my DH have from Banana. $70 or more and they are utterly useless after only a few wearings! Pilled and stretched. I don't mind spending if I know a sweater will last. Please cashmere experts, recommend! Thanks.
The best Cashmere (2-ply) comes from Scotland. Most cashmere here in the US comes from Asia and is a cheaper 1-ply version. Although Scottish cashmere is more expensive, in the long run it's worth it. Here's a link. There are many more. Google 'scotland' 'cashmere' http://www.isleofskyecashmere.com/Our-Cashmere-Isle-of-Skye-Cashmere-Sweaters-s/5.htm
