Sometimes when I turn right I hear a weird thumping/rattling noise from the back right wheel area.
Are you talking the REAR passenger wheel in the back of the vehicle, or the "back area" of the FRONT passenger wheel? If it's the front wheel, it's hitting some plastic shielding in the wheel-well when turning that direction. If it is the rear wheel, which does not turn, then it must be something else as it wouldn't be that wheel on just right turns, but intermittent. The only parts that might be loose on the rear wheel would be brake related, so if you are turning right and riding the brakes at the same time, that's the issue on the rear wheel, unless you have a drag axle that is broken.
