Maybe the teacher is just unaware of the many issues with spotted lantern flies and thought my kid wanted to stomp on them just to be mean? What would you do? Write a note to the teacher explaining the deal with the spotted lantern fly, or would that come across as completely obnoxious and I should just tell me child the school playground is apparently a spotted lantern fly sanctuary?[/quote]
