I am in Maryland and would prefer an OB that delivers at HC or Shady Grove due to rather short labor and likely frequent dr apts.  Based on your experience, can you recomment one hospital over the other or any doctors in particular.  I had a sole practioner before which I really liked but it appears, at least for HC, that most are large practices for which you have to rotate in the practice and the doctor is not likely to be as familiar with my situation.  If this baby does come before 35 weeks, I will likely deliver at Georgetown as my first was delivered there and I was extremely impressed with the NICU so the hospital recommendation would only be if I have a full term delivery.
