Plain or flavored?
Flavored causes sugar level to go up. Or it says "Natural Flavor" which can mean a lot of things including unhealthy items. Another point is to drink about a glass bottle as plastic bottles are not good for health. The pieces of plastic from the cap may be in the water.
What? There’s no sugar in most flavored sparkling waters. It’s a flavor essence with no calorie or sugar content.
Not that person that mentioned it, but "fake sugars" wreak havoc on insulin and receptors, often worse than real regular sucrose. NEVER eat anything with fake sweeteners if you value your health and brain health as well, since many are also chemically related to neurotransmitters and mess with the brain's chemistry and balance. Stevia, saccharin, splenda, etc. all bad.
